Immigration Help

Immigration services are offered to help Construction Council 175 members with immigration-related issues. This service will provide you access to a lawyer, for a list of issues, free of charge. Our partner, the ANSOB Center for Refugees, is a Queens-based non-profit organization who has staff members who speak a variety of languages. (Unfortunately, we cannot assist with open cases.)

Free Immigration Services

The following legal services are free of charge to any eligible Construction Council 175 member:

  • Consultation with a lawyer about a green card or citizenship issue
  • Renewal of a Green Card 
  • Green Card Application for Refugees and Asylees 
  • Citizenship Application Assistance 
  • Removal of Conditions 
  • DACA Renewal
  • Travel Documents for Refugees and Asylees
  • Citizenship Classes
